Directions

From the West:

If you are coming from the west take I-40 east to exit 51. Turn left onto US 25-Alt and go 0.2 mi. turn right at Medical Park Drive. The office is the 5th building on the left, 16 Medical Park Drive.

From the North:

If you are coming from the north take US19/US 23 south, take the I-240 E ramp and continue on I-240 until you come to exit 9 to I-40 west, stay on I-40 west to exit 51. Turn left onto US 25-Alt and go .2 mi. turn right at Medical Park Drive. The office is the 5th building on the left, 16 Medical Park Drive.

From the East:

If you are coming from the east take I-40 west to exit 51. Turn left onto US 25-Alt and go .2 mi. turn right at Medical Park Drive. The office is the 5th building on the left, 16 Medical Park Drive.

From the South:

If you are coming from the south on Hendersonville Road take the I-40 east ramp go 1.0 mile to exit 51. Turn left onto US 25-Alt and go .2 mi. turn right at Medical Park Drive. The office is the 5th building on the left, 16 Medical Park Drive.
